Majority of people who want to drop some weight around the belly, think that performing a single regularly will help them to achieve their goals. Unfortunately, the truth that nothing’s going to happen, unless you lose weight of your body overall. Of course, I hope that you understand that exercising is only half of the story, and you need to have a proper diet as well. The combination of a healthy diet plan and working out routine gives the best results.

A really cheap way to exercise at home, instead of going to the gym is by using a workout ball. I’m sure you can afford one, because these are super-cheap. The reason we are going to use this ball is because it’s perfect for working out your abdominal muscles. We are not aiming to get a six-pack here, but just burn of some fat.

As I previously said, you need to work on all your body muscles, if you want to get rid of belly fat and that’s the exact reason why we are going to do three different exercises using the workout. They will effectively engage your muscles, providing pressure on them. Don’t give up to easily, and try to do as much as you can.

The first thing we are going to do is quite simple. Place the workout ball underneath your buttocks, and sit on the ball so your shoulders and legs will be stretched with the hands placed across the shoulders. While maintaining that position, crunch your abs, so they are properly squeezed. Do about 20-25 repetitions with 3 overall sets. I promise, you are going to love this exercise.

The second exercise is going to be a bit harder. Alright, so first lie down on the ground, and place the ball between your ankles, so you can squeeze it comfortably with your legs. Now while maintaining the stability of the ball, raise it up and then slowly put it down. It’s important to do this exercise slowly, because that’s when you really feel your muscles engaging. Keep the ball straight and perform the workout accordingly.

The last exercise is quite similar to the previous one, because you are going to do it while lying on the ground. So first lie down, making yourself comfortable on the floor. Now place the ball between your knees. Place your hands on the chest, and start pulling yourself towards the ball, while keeping your legs on the ground. These are the best exercises to reduce belly fats in a fast manner and make you healthier. Perform the above exercises on regular basis, and you will get rid of belly fat in no time.

Another Look At Chakra Meditation Therapy

According to the ancient Vedic thought, there are seven circles (Chakras) of energy referred to as energy wheels in the human body. These are present along the meridian of the body.

Certain mystical practitioners even believe the number of these wheels to be fourteen.

Beginning at the base (believed to be either the bottom end of the spine or the genitals) they go right up to the top of the head, the crown.

In between are the orange colored chakra situated in the stomach area, the yellow colored chakra known as the solar plexus just above this, the green colored chakra in the heart region, the blue colored throat chakra, the indigo colored chakra in the center of the forehead known as the third eye. The root chakra is colored red with the crown chakra thought of as being violet in color.

In addition to being associated with colors (wavelengths of light), the chakras are numbered in order one through seven, with the base chakra being number one.

Chakra one controls sexual health, physical strength and vitality

The second chakra commands our creative powers.

The third commands the power of our will and desires.

Chakra four at the heart commands our emotional energy that opens us up to giving and receiving love.

The fifth chakra is responsible for communicating and is the link between what we feel and what we think.

Chakra six influences a person’s intuition, psychic powers and insights, also referred to as the sixth sense.

The final chakra, number seven located at the crown of the head is what is responsible for our astral voyages.

When people focus on the energy of this seventh crown chakra they really are communicating with God.

The chakra wheels naturally want to spin. If they are healthy and clean, they are spinning, and then they are providing you with the strongest, healthiest energies you can have. But if they become clogged, then they cannot spin and you will have problems or sickness in one or more of the areas outlined.

The secret to health is that these chakras should be balanced. In case even one wheel is more active than others, the result can be addictions, neuroses, obsessive-compulsive disorders or unintentional cruelty.

There is constant worry that these chakras will become blocked. For instance, some people who possess a negative attitude towards sexual relations or have a poor diet will experience ill health or broken romantic relations primarily because they have disturbed the base red chakra.

If you start dabbling in things like black magic or even destructive negative thoughts about other people you are likely to unbalance or clog up the seventh crown chakra which will mean you are unable to connect with the higher cosmos and you are left feeling totally empty and fearful.

A healthy, rapid spinning chakra is extremely flexible and is able to open and shut when necessary. This gives it the ability to receive energy from a source which is good, but close when a negative force is attempting to transmit its own bad energy. If it is not healthy however it will be unable to prevent you from receiving this bad energy.

Chakra therapy means basically that you focus your attention and concentration on each of the seven main chakras in turn. This should really be done on a daily basis.

Take each major energy category and at some point each day meditate upon how its aspects are manifesting-or not manifesting-in your life, and as you do this visualize your body’s energy residing in that particular chakra. If you find your energy waning in any category, meditate on the steps you can take to make that category healthy and cleanse the related chakra.

Some people find it easier to meditate using a gem stone which is the same color as the chakra they are working on which allows them to get a clear image in their mind as to what needs to be done to make it healthier.

Recent advances in audio technology has also made it possible to just listen to the particular frequency of each chakra which results in your own chakra resonating at that same frequency resulting in it automatically becoming balanced.
