When you send or receive emotions or thoughts directly from your mind to another’s this is telepathy. Telepathic communication is a link between the minds of two people in which ideas can be exchanged without using any of the five physical senses. Anyone can learn telepathy with practice; it’s something which is innate in all mankind.

You’ve more than likely already used your natural telepathic abilities before even if you were unaware of it. All of us have had the experience of thinking of someone only to find them getting in touch with you shortly after.

This wasn’t a coincidence. What happened is that you or the other person initiated some sort of telepathic contact and there was an exchange of thoughts or feelings which one of you sent and the other received.

This person was already meaning to get in touch and the telepathic link gave you a notice that they were thinking of you and that they were going to contact you. Of course, this can also work the other way around ” which is why you may call someone you haven’t spoken with in a while and have them tell you that they had just been thinking about you.

A lot of people think that telepathy is entirely mythical and even if not, they think that they couldn’t learn how to use this ability themselves. In most cases, they have some sort of mental block whether this is a religious belief that telepathy belongs to the realm of black magic or the thinking that since there is no definitive proof of the phenomenon that it therefore could not possibly be real.

Still other people think that there is no reason to learn telepathy. After all, if it was so important, why wouldn’t everyone practice it from a young age? This is the wrong way to think about it. We have to learn to use all of our other senses and just because our culture doesn’t place a high value on psychic ability doesn’t mean that learning telepathy is not worthwhile ” it can be very useful, just as learning to communicate verbally is.

In fact, spoken language and telepathy can be complements to each other. Sometimes the spoken word is incapable of expressing exactly what we mean; conversely, telepathy can sometimes fail to convey the shadings and nuances that spoken language can. Being able to communicate with both allows you to make yourself completely understood.

There are a lot of pluses to learning telepathy. This is quite literally a sixth sense which allows you to more fully experience the world and enjoy richer interpersonal relationships. It takes practice, but so does picking up any new skill.

You’ll need to have a partner to get the best results from your efforts to learn telepathy. Choose a close friend who shares your interest in developing this skill ” the positive reinforcement you will give each other will be invaluable.

You’ll want to practice with your partner while in separate rooms or even with the two of you at your respective homes. This way you’ll be unable to read body language or any other kind of visual cues. Relax and free your mind of stress and worry. After your practice sessions, call each other to compare notes.

One of you needs to go first and try to clearly visualize your partner. Visualize a connection between the two of you; many people find a beam of light to be a helpful image to concentrate on.

The next step is to use this visualized link to send your telepathic communications. Imagine your thoughts traveling over this link and your partner receiving them. Keep your thoughts simple enough to understand, but pick something to send which won’t be easy to guess.

After you feel that you have sent your telepathic signal, call your partner to ask what they received from you. Once you compare notes, take a few minutes to rest and then switch places with the sender in the first exercise now being the receiver.

You do need to be patient as you learn telepathy; it takes time to learn this skill and it’s important not to let yourself get frustrated if it doesn’t always work. If you dont think your transmission has been successful after 15 minutes, take a break and try again later. Otherwise, you’ll just wear yourself out.

You’ll need to practice regularly and keep a positive attitude as you learn telepathy. Stick with it and don’t get frustrated if you don’t succeed at first. If you’re patient, you’ll be using your telepathy sooner than you think and you’ll gain a wonderful new perspective on the world.

6 Reasons Your Back Hurts

1.Weak muscles, caused by a lack of exercise, are the first major cause of most back pain. The body acts as a unit. The lower torso is carried by the lower back muscles as well as the abdominal muscles. Likewise, the chest muscles, shoulder muscles and upper back muscles are carrying the upper torso. It is important to strengthen and stretch the major back muscles, like the lats, traps and erector spinae as these support the spine. An exercise programme needs to strengthen not only back muscles but also muscles in the front of the torso, the abdominal muscles in particular. The abdominal muscles (often called the core muscles) help to support the spine and upper body. These are the internal and external obliques (that run down the side of your waist), the rectus abdominus, that run down the middle of your abdomen (giving you a six-pack if youre lean).

2.Poor range of movement in the back muscles or lack of flexibility. This is also caused by lack of regular exercise. If you perform a sudden movement outside of your normal range of motion you can strain your muscles. For example, if you twist suddenly and your lower back muscles are inflexible, you are likely to strain these muscles. You need to stretch the muscles of the back regularly.

3.Tight muscles in the chest, shoulders and legs. As mentioned, the body is a unit, so you need to stretch and loosen connected muscles. Stiff shoulder muscles will likely cause neck and upper back pain. Tight chest muscles pull on the shoulder and then will cause shoulder and neck pain. The hamstring muscles and gluteal muscles, if tight, can pull on the pelvis, causing rounding of the lower back, and associated back pain.

4.Incorrect posture. Most of us sit for long periods, whether at a desk, on the couch or driving a car. Poor posture while walking or standing can also affect the back. For example, rounded shoulders when standing or walking will lead to upper back pain. The best way of correcting posture is to strengthen the muscles through exercise.

5.Picking up objects incorrectly. This is a common way of pulling and straining back muscles. Ive done that several times, as many of you have too. When picking up objects, let your legs take the weight. Bend your legs, not the back. Keep your back straight and don’t twist your body when carrying a heavy object.

6.Being overweight. This puts a lot of strain on the back. If you are overweight you are likely to also be less flexible, with a smaller range of motion. This will mean that sudden movements will be more likely to cause muscle strains.
