How To Lucid Dream

Dreaming is always wonderful, do you ever think about the condition in which you are aware of your dream? This is an amazing experience where you can gain control of your dreams.

Lucid dreaming is a state whereby the sleeping person is aware that they are sleeping. The person in this condition is called lucid. The experienced people claim that the lucid dreaming experience is far better and joyful than the hallucination from drugs. The lucidity has various stages which include its e primary stage in which one can be aware of the dream and extends to the stage of lucidity in which one can aware and control the dream.

Set your alarm and get up in between a deep sleep phase and then occupy yourself with something for 45mins to an hour or so after which you go back to sleep again. In this way, your mind or your brain will not be completely sure whether you are asleep or not, suddenly when you get up from intense sleep. This will help in inducing lucid dreaming when you go back to sleep again.

Lastly, the technological methods in inducing lucid dreaming should be discussed. These include the very popular binaural beats that involve hearing two different sound vibrations in each of your ears with the help of headphones. These different vibrations go on to fuse and synchronize with each other in your brain resulting in a mental state that is highly advantageous for inducing lucid dreams.
