How to Get Rid of Pimples Fast
If you’re desperate to find out how to get rid of pimples fast, then you’ve come to the right place. Acne can be a very difficult problem to deal with. As a former acne sufferer myself, I was too embarrassed to do certain things, and would often choose to hibernate in my room. Sound familiar? Well I’ve got news for you, it doesn’t have to be that way anymore. I’m going to show you how you can banish acne for good and get clear, gorgeous skin again!
Some people, than claim to know how to get rid of pimples fast, often tell you to pick at a zit as soon as it begins to appear, so you can eliminate it before it gets bigger. Well this is completely false! This is due to the fact that if you’re constantly picking at your pimples, what you’re doing is aggravating it, causing an increase in redness and inflammation. This only makes the pimple look bigger and uglier.
Also, if you pick at whiteheads, you could inadvertently spread the acne causing bacteria to other areas of your face, spreading the chance of an outbreak! Also, excessive picking and squeezing can lead to scarring in the long run, which is not what you want to happen!
I shall now tell you how to get rid of pimples fast by proper cleaning. Acne is caused be a build up of bacteria on your face, which is often caused by an imbalance in hormones. This is perfectly natural, and is why many teens get this skin condition. So, in order to unclog these pores, make sure you clean your face two times per day.
Stay away from normal bar soap when washing your face. This is because they often contain strong chemicals that can cause irritation on your facial skin. So instead, use an specialised facewash, or an anti bacterial soap if you haven’t got a facewash. After washing, pat the skin dry with a towel, rather than scrubbing dry.
You may also want to review your diet. This topic is controversial amongst many acne experts, but I believe that there are certain foods that can aggravate the skin condition. I learned how to get rid of pimples fast, by avoiding certain dairy foods. Research has shown a link between milk and acne, so try avoiding this for a while and see if your skin improves.
Always aim to drink between 7-8 glasses of water per day. Keeping your body hydrated gets over-looked far too much, and is key to flushing out toxins in your body. Dry skin is often a problem amongst acne sufferers, so make sure your drinking plenty of water.
Try and do your absolute best to treat your acne. If you leave your skin untreated, you could run the risk of letting the acne worsen, and over time, the acne can leave behind unsightly scars.
