It is easy to see that panic attacks and anxiety can ruin your life, isn’t it?

From then on, living was a struggle. I have documented it many times and it reads a lot like everybody else’s description of living with panic attacks.

Then, one day, I found the thought pattern, a mental exercise of a kind, that allowed me to never fear a panic attack again.

I remember when it happened, right where I was, and what I was doing.

I was stopped at a red light in my car. It was cloudy and cool and breezy.

Something triggered this thought in my head and I realized I was free from panic attacks. No fear. No more.

At that moment, the light turned green and the sun came out! I drove away positive I had left the panic attacks in the street and that they would never come back.

What a moment! All that was missing were some loud Hallelujahs!
