First exercise is the Jump Rope, before going for jumping rope exercise practice jumping with that. Once you become familiar with this do this as a routine and jump at least two times for each turn. Now we are going to do “squat thrust”. While “jump rope” mainly increases your stamina, this workout works on your muscles. Ok, so what you need to do is stand straight, put your arms along each side, and your legs in a line with shoulders. It’s important to start in a correct possition, so later on you can do the workout accurately.

Then squat down slowly with your head looking forward and after that bring your hands towards the floor and keep it outside the feet. The hands are kept in such a way that it points in a forward direction. Finally push your legs backwards in a slow manner and also behind you. Do this Squat Thrust for one minute.

Simply by doing these 2 weight loss exercises, you will be burning fat very quickly. If you can, try to perform these workouts 3-4 times a week for maximum results. Use a healthy diet, and eat less junk food. Keep your metabolism high by eating few small meals during the day and drink plenty of water.
