So I just started running about a week ago and I have noticed I have a lot more acne on my back. What is a good body wash or anything to put on my back that I can get in a drug store. I dont want something like proactive where I have to order it. Any suggestions would be wonderful.
I have acne on my chest and back and i am currently using Murad acne body wash and Clarifying spray, but it doesn’t seem to be very effective. The dress that I’m wearing for Christmas is open at the chest and it’s embarrassing with all of my acne. Is there anything I can do to clear most of it up pretty fast without anything expensive or seeing a dermatologist?
Right now I am using a great product for my face. But what I am looking for now is a VERY good soap that clears up acne on the body. I do not have a sevre case of acne just light – moderate. I have acne on my chest, a little on my arms and back.
So please, if anyone has used a particular soap or body wash that clears up acne and keeps its away, please help me out!

I’m going to try apple cider vinegar when I get it in a few days, but I needed my back and shoulder acne to be at least a little better sooner. I tried baking soda (baking soda+water as a scrub in the shower) and it definitely helped, but not completely (which I expected) How long or about how many uses until this treatment clears mild body acne? Thanks
So far yes! It has improved my acne in one use!
I have been getting more and more acne lately, and its time for a change. I have used bar soap in the past to help acne and for me it works really well, but it makes my face way too dry. So I am wondering if there is a bar soap out there that helps with acne and doesn’t make my skin all dry.
Master Pan Shaozu (alias Xuantong zi), born 1923, from Gansu Province, China,is deeply versed in Taoist and Buddhist health preserving disciplines, as well as various martial practices. Apparently, at nearly 90 years of age he can still competently swing a heavy broadsword! Even if you do not believe in chi, this is a great way to close any exercise or meditation routine – martial arts, chikung/qigong, yoga, etc. It gets the blood circulating all around the body and gradually brings the various organs to a state whereby they are functioning ‘normally’ again. Notice he spends a lot of time on the area where the back of the head meets the neck. The acupressure points at this location can be massaged to counter depression. For a more rigourous massage, closed fists can be used while keeping the wrists loose, instead of the open palms. More pressure can be applied as desired, also, but be careful on the areas with fragile or smaller bones.
