I’m 16 and i have rarely ever had acne. i was really lucky, and i used proActive every night. But this past month, i have has a lot of little blemishes all over my face, like under the skin so they are hard to treat.
My friends just say it’s stress related, and that’s why they started showing up now.
What’s the fastest and cheapest way to clear acne under the skin? Preferably a home remedy because i’m not allowed to buy any beauty products.
I am about 5 9” and I want to build up some more muscle on my arms and try to get ripped abs. Everyday I run a mile (roughly) and try to do at least 300 sit ups. Any suggestions? Also, about a day or two after I work out, my acne gets worse. Does anyone know how to help me? I have a Weider VKR Dip station fitness bench too.

I have had raging acne since I was 8 years old and it has just now began to clear up 8 years later. Under all that acne though, are the scars from many years of popping and scratching at my face. My skin is extremely sensitive and gets irritated with store bought products. So, I’m looking for a remedy that will cause as little irritation as possible.
What is a good remedy? I heard that baking soda burns the skin, but what about toothpaste, how much of that do you use? Does it have to have a certain ingredient to work? What other remedies that could work for really bad acne and oily skin?
I usually have no problem finding vegetarian/vegan options at any restaurant. However, since I’ve learned of my food allergies (sesame, sunflower, tree nuts,) I’ve been reluctant to eat at restaurants! It’s difficult enough to find options to eat at home (since many vegan options include sunflower oil.) How can I find away to eat out or even at dinner parties? I’m embarrassed to tell hosts all of my dietary restrictions!

Ok the girl I’m seeing is pretty allergic to cats. She sneezes and her eyes get all watery n puffy every time she comes to my house… I’m not tryin to get rid of the cat since I’ve had it years n have grown to like it (I’m a dog lover myself). But how can I help this girl out so her allergies don’t get in the way of us? Any help would be great.
