Article 14: Second Day of Loading for HCG

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! My Thanksgiving went wonderfully even though I’m on the HCG Diet. But then I’m on the second day of my HCG diet which means that Thanksgiving was a loading day for me. I got to enjoy all the high calorie, fatty foods prevalent on Thanksgiving without messing up my dedication to follow the HCG protocol for weight loss.

I woke up and weighed myself (same as yesterday). Then I took my homeopathic HCG weight loss formula drops and my B-Total Sublingual drops. After waiting the required 15 minutes, I had cinnamon rolls for breakfast. And I didn’t even limit myself to one since it IS a loading day.
